I AM now letting go of limiting thoughts, worries, and negative ways of talking about myself and my world.
I AM using my power of faith to see

only wholeness in myself and others.
I AM now incorporating into my daily life the healthiest

 Food, Drink, Rest, and Exercise.
I AM healthier, wealthier, and living life

more fully each day.
My Life is Excellent now, and Getting even Better Each Day."
