Surrender
Surrender means that you stop taking issue with life.
You realize that you don't have to like or dislike what happens.
You just need to accept it.
As you work with surrendering you encounter your resistance.
You see how you hold onto things or run away from them.
You feel injured, abandoned, anxious or disappointed by what happens.
You feel victimized or angry.
Every time you surrender ego, more ego comes up.
That is the nature of the process.
It doesn't mean that you are doing anything incorrectly.
It just means that you are going deeper.
